Abstract  With the rapid development of tourism development and urbanization, the phenomenon of gentrification driven by tourism development has emerged and attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Tourism gentrification not only occurs in cities but also in rural areas. Tourism gentrification has changed the population structure, literacy of residents and living environment in certain areas. It also changed the pattern of tourism regional development and affected the socio-economic development of the region.
